CHILDREN'S PRIVACY NOTICE

Effective Date: July 15,2022.
Last update: October 2, 2023.

1. Introduction and Overview.

P3 Inc. ("P3", "we", "our", or "us"), operates an online Service that is not directed toward children. We do not knowingly collect personal information as defined by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA") from children under the age of thirteen (13) ("child" or "children"), except as permitted by COPPA and explained in this Children's Privacy Notice. If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that we have collected such personal information other than as permitted by COPPA, please contact us at [email protected].

This Children's Privacy Notice explains our information collection, disclosure, and parental consent practices with respect to personal information provided by children. This Children's Privacy Notice is in accordance with COPPA and uses terms as defined in our Privacy Policy. For more information about COPPA and general tips about protecting children's online privacy, please visit the Federal Trade Commission's website at https://www.ftc.gov/tips-advice/business-center/guidance/complying-coppa-frequently-asked-questions#GeneralQuestions.

2. Children's Use of Our Service.

Most areas of the Service are restricted to individuals who are members of a Voting Group. In order to receive access to the restricted areas of our Service, users must input a username and password provided by their Voting Group. While most Voting Group members are age thirteen (13) or older, some are children. When a user inputs a username and password designated by a Voting Group as associated with a member under age thirteen (13), consistent with COPPA, we will seek verifiable parental consent, which we may obtain through coordination with the user's Voting Group. You understand that the Voting Group, and not us, is responsible for designating usernames and passwords as associated with members under age thirteen (13).

3. Treatment of Children's Information.

In limited circumstances, in accordance with COPPA, P3 does not require verifiable parental consent prior to collection, use, or sharing of children's personal information. For example, P3 may collect and store persistent identifiers (e.g., cookies, IP addresses, etc.) from children without prior verifiable parental consent where we collect no other children's personal information and such persistent identifiers are collected solely for the purpose of providing support for the internal operations of the Service.

Subject to our compliance with COPPA, P3 may collect personal information from children for any of the purposes set forth in the Privacy Policy and may use, share, and otherwise process such information as set forth in this Privacy Policy. This includes transmitting or displaying to others your child's personal information along with information pertaining to their viewing habits of video content, in accordance with our Video Privacy and Consent Notice.

For further information on how we treat information on our online Service, please review our Privacy Policy.

4. Parental Choices and Controls.

As part of the verifiable parental consent process, parents and legal guardians have the choice of consenting to our collection and internal use of their child's personal information, but prohibiting us from disclosing that information to third parties (except to the extent such disclosure is integral to our Service). Further, a parent who has already given P3 permission to collect, use, and share their child's personal information can, at any time, do the following: (1) review, correct, or delete the child's personal information; and/or (2) discontinue further collection, use, or sharing of the child's personal information. To exercise any of these choices, please contact us as at [email protected].

We take reasonable measures to maintain the confidentiality, security, and integrity of children's personal information, including by taking reasonable steps to release such information only to parties capable of maintaining its confidentiality and security. We retain children's personal information only as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and delete such information using reasonable measures to protect against its unauthorized access or use. If we learn or have reason to suspect that we have collected personal information from a child in violation of COPPA, we will promptly delete it.

5. Children in Europe.

If you are under age sixteen (16) and located in Europe, you may access the Service only to the extent that consent is given or authorized by the holder of parental responsibly over you. Please speak with your parent or guardian about this Privacy Policy so you can better understand how we use your personal data. We look to your Voting Group to verify that consent is given or authorized by the holder of parental responsibility over you, and, if we learn or have reason to suspect that we have collected personal data from you without parental consent, we will promptly delete it.
